Welsh rock band Badfinger is the "focus beam" artist on this week's Boppin' With Beth. Hear about their career including their early days as The Iveys plus 2 rockin' tracks from their discography. Hear about their early band, history and legacy (including talking with guitarist Tony Andreason about the 60th anniversary of "Surfin' Bird) as well as a couple of rockers from their discography and a tune with Deke Dickerson. There's tunes from artists they loved listening to including Dick Dale, Jerry Lee Lewis, The Ventures (classic lineup), Buddy Holly & The Crickets, Homer & Jethro, Jimmy Reed and Larry Lapole & The Polecats.
