Midland "Focus Beam" on Boppin' With Beth 06-09-23

 


American country music group Midland is the "focus beam" artist on the new Boppin' With Beth. Hear about their band history along with a couple of tunes from their catalog. The late, great American singer and songwriter Hal Ketchum is the "focus beam" artist on this episode of Boppin' With Beth. Radney Foster "Focus Beam" on Boppin' With Beth 11-11-22

 


Texas/Americana, singer-songwriter, producer and author Radney Foster is the "Focus Beam" artist this week! Hear about his great solo career, duo with Bill Lloyd (Foster & Lloyd), producing and more along with a couple of tunes from his catalog (solo and duo). There's songs from some of his varied influences including Elvis Presley, Merle Haggard, The Everly Brothers, Waylon Jennings, The Beatles, Buck Owens & His Buckaroos and Buddy Holly. Jammin' James Riley has The Beach Boys' first single from over 60 years ago in Hang Ten plus there's tracks from Randy Rogers Band (produced by Radney) and songs written by Radney from Shenandoah, The Kinleys and The Mavericks as well as a fun song from Chris Isaak to end the show!
