English blues-rock band Savoy Brown is the "focus beam" artist on the new Boppin' With Beth. Hear about their history, lineup changes through the years and a couple of tracks from their discography as well as a solo track from the late Kim Simmonds. Recent drummer Garnet Grimm is the guest in Beth's Lightning Round and there's some tunes from his and the band's influences including Santana, Junior Wells, The Police, Led Zeppelin, Louie Bellson & Gene Krupa and The Beatles.
