The late, great English singer-songwriter Robert Palmer is the "focus beam" artist this week. Hear about his unique blending of styles with tunes from some of his influences including Otis Redding, Nat King Cole, Sam & Dave, Wilson Pickett, Billie Holiday, James Brown and Little Feat. There's a couple of great solo tracks and a tune from his band The Power Station in addition to hearing all about his stellar career! Jammin' James Riley has a tune from Janis Martin in Rockabilly Rewind and there's tunes from Hershel Yatovitz, Darren Michael Boyd and Screamin' Rebel Angels too!
