Legendary CCM artist Russ Taff is the "Focus Beam" artist on this week's Boppin' With Beth!  Hear tunes from some of his early Southern Gospel & Black Gospel influences like The Blind Boys Of Alabama, Clara Ward, The Blackwood Brothers, The Happy Goodman Family, as well as mainstream influences David Clayton Thomas and Gladys Knight & The Pips.  You'll hear about his life as well as his music beginning with Sounds Of Joy, The Imperials and his long solo career.  Russ is the guest on a fun edition of Beth's Lightning Round and there's some great tunes from his catalog including an exclusive premiere of his long unreleased cover of "Abraham, Martin and John" which also features Dion (who did the original) and John Hiatt!  Jammin' James Riley has an Elvis rocker in Rockabilly Rewind and Phil Keaggy (along with guests Russ Taff and Randy Stonehill) ends the show in style!
